Two more members of the 2000 FCIAC championship team will be marching down the aisle.
Zack Gross ’01 is engaged to Sheera Jacobs. Zack — an All-New England player at Staples — graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Sheera from Cornell. They met at New York University School of Law. Zack is an attorney at Wilk Auslander LLP, while Sheera is a lawyer at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.
Zack’s proposal was unique. He devised a fake wedding for one of his college friends — including made-up invitations. Sheera thought they were heading to a wedding in upstate New York. But he took her to a B&B in Bedford, New York, and popped the question there.
Matt is engaged to Jenny Davidow, a classmate of Matt’s former teammate Mike Carey ’01 at Union College. Matt and Jenny met in New York through the Westport/Union posse, including Jordan Schur ’01. They currently live in Boston. Matt is an associate director at Segal Rogerscasey, a global investment solutions firm, while Jenny — with a graduate degree in psychology from New York’s New School — is working at Thomas D. Davidow & Associates, a consulting agency that focuses on family disputes and resolutions.
Matt asked Jenny to marry him during a picnic along the Charles River.
No dates have been finalized for either wedding. Congratulations to all!
