Colin Nangle ’10 — a former Staples captain — was 1 of 4 Middlebury College players named to this year’s all-NESCAC (Northeast Small College Athletic Conference) team. The quartet helped lead the Panthers to a 10-5-2 season, and a trip to the NESCAC championship game.
Colin anchored a back line that allowed just 0.86 goals per game. The Panthers registered 7 shutouts this year, as they won 7 of their last 9 matches.
This was Colin’s 2nd consecutive All-NESCAC selection. He started all 17 games for Middlebury this fall, and played in 70 matches in his college career. He ended his 4 years with 7 points, including 1 goal his rookie season.
